How fast can First Hotel Platform take over hotel operations?
Typically, following the initial site audit and term sheet signing, our operational transition team deploys within 10 to 15 business days. This includes taking over PMS access, staff realignment, inventory auditing, and syncing OTA rate parity.
What property types and sizes do you partner with?
We partner with independent hotels, boutique resorts, private member clubs, and retreats across India. While our sweet spot is typically 20 to 120 keys, we evaluate unique experiential properties of any inventory size.
Do we have to rebrand our property to First Hotel Platform?
Not necessarily. You can choose our White-Label Management Model where your property retains its existing historical or local identity, or you can opt for the FHPPL Brand Tie-up to benefit from instant national recognition and our marketing umbrella.
How does the Long Lease Model work?
Under a Long Lease, FHPPL signs a multi-year commercial lease agreement with the property owner. You receive a guaranteed fixed monthly remittance regardless of occupancy fluctuations, seasonality, or operational costs. FHPPL takes all commercial and staffing risk.
How are financial reports shared with the owner?
We believe in 100% transparent partnership. Under management contracts, owners receive real-time PMS dashboard visibility, weekly ADR/RevPAR performance snapshots, and a comprehensive monthly P&L reconciliation statement.
